1 package of Perdue Shortcuts grilled chicken
2 green peppers (sliced)
1 package of mushrooms (sliced)
1 package of chopped cauliflower (microwaveable bag)
2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 cup of water
4 take-out packages of soy sauce
Put bag of cauliflower in microwave for 4 minuets. (Directions on back of bag)
Add garlic to oil in a small bowl and stir, place mixture in heated skillet, add in your peppers and mushrooms, stir in water and cook until vegetables get soft.
Cut chicken in pieces and add to skillet, mix together.
When cauliflower is finished in microwave add to the skillet with the soy sauce, mix together.
