Broccoli is the most eaten vegetable in our house and I am thankful for that. It’s one vegetable that is full of good stuff so of course I want to feed it to my little ones!! Here is a recipe that immediately became a favorite!! It’s a handful of ingredients and quick and easy to go from stove to table in minutes!
2 pounds of broccoli
2 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of milk
1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
in a large stock pot heat chicken broth, add broccoli and cook until soft. Add cheese and milk, stir until cheese is melted and sauce thickens.
Feeds a family of five!
