Roasted Pumpkin Seeds


After clearing all the pumpkin seeds from your pumpkin rinse them throughly in a colander. Lay them to dry on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small glass bowl melt 2 tablespoons of butter in the microwave. Add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon to your butter mixture. Mix well. Add pumpkin seeds to your mixture and mix all ingredients together. Spread your coated seeds on a cookie sheet and bake in oven (350 degrees) for 20 minutes.
